Welcome to 6/7/8th Grade Co-Ed Track & Field 2026!

Track & Field is a non-cut sport that begins in early March and ends in mid-May. 

 First official day of Track practice –  TBD

 PRACTICE SCHEDULE (Meet at the track unless otherwise specified.)

Mondays (early release)  -   3:15 - 4:30 PM

Tuesdays through Fridays -  3:15 - 4:30 PM

*No practice Spring Break*

FINAL FORMS ATHLETIC CLEARANCE

Athletes must have a current physical (in-person within the past year) on file to attend practice, and athletes MUST be fully cleared in FINAL FORMS in order to participate in track meets.  Access FINAL FORMS clicking here.

SHOES and Other Gear

Supportive, properly fitting shoes are your athlete's most important gear! Fleet Feet Roseville and Gold Country Run + Sport in Rocklin are both excellent places to find shoes. Their experts can help determine the best type of shoe for each athlete. Gold Country will donate back 10% of your purchase to the school, so please be sure to mention Twelve Bridges Middle School!

Aside from good shoes, athletes need appropriate athletic clothing for the weather (dress in layers!), a water bottle, sunscreen, and a digital watch (optional). Uniforms will be provided for meets (no cost).  

WEATHER

Yes, we will run in the rain! If there is lightning or conditions are extreme/unsafe (heat), we will make the call by noon whether to cancel practice. If we cancel, we will send an email through FinalForms, post to Schoology, and make an announcement over the school intercom.

MEET SCHEDULE

The meet schedule is TBD. Track and Field rules can be found here. Families must provide transportation for athletes to and from track meets. The school does not provide transportation.

COMMUNICATION

Parent email communication will take place via Final Forms. Please ensure your parent email addresses are updated in your child’s Final Forms profile. There is also a  TBMS Track & Field Schoology Group for updated information.
