PRACTICE SCHEDULE
First official day of Cross Country practice – Monday, August 18, 2025
Meet at the track unless otherwise specified.
Mondays (early release) - 2:15 - 3:30 PM
Tuesday-Friday 6:45 – 8:00 AM (Non-meet days)
FINAL FORMS ATHLETIC CLEARANCE
Athletes MUST have a current physical (completed in the past year) on file, as well as both parent and athlete MUST sign all pre-required documents to attend conditioning/practice. Once the team is finalized, ALL remaining documents MUST be signed by the parent and athlete PRIOR to practice in order to be fully cleared in FinalForms.

SHOES AND OTHER GEAR
Supportive, properly fitting shoes are your athlete's most important gear! Fleet Feet Roseville and Gold Country Run + Sport in Rocklin are both excellent places to find shoes. The experts there can help determine the best type of shoe for each athlete. Both stores have partnered with TBMS and will donate back 10% of your purchase to the school, so please be sure to mention Twelve Bridges Middle School!
Aside from good shoes, athletes need appropriate athletic clothing for the weather (dress in layers!), a water bottle, sunscreen, and a digital watch (optional). Uniforms will be provided for meets.
WEATHER
Yes, we will run in the rain! If there is lightning or conditions are extreme/unsafe (heat), we will make every effort to make the call by noon as to cancel afternoon practice/meets. If we cancel, we will send an email through FinalForms, post to Schoology's Team Page, and make an announcement over the school intercom.
MEET SCHEDULE
The meet schedule can be viewed HERE, and the league rules linked HERE. Families must provide transportation for athletes to and from cross country meets. The school does not provide transportation.
COMMUNICATION
Parent/guardian email communication will take place via Final Forms. Please ensure your parent email addresses are updated in your child’s Final Forms profile.
