Cross Country is a no-cut distance running sport. Races are 1.5 miles long over a variety of terrain. We begin right as school starts!
Regular Practice: Monday through Friday from 3-4 pm, beginning Tuesday 8/21
Training Runs: 8/16, 8/17, 3pm-4pm - (yes, these are the first two days of school) attendance optional but highly encouraged!
Have your sports physicals done prior to the start of practice if at all possible
Sports physicals need a doctor's signature. In the past TBMS has been able to bring someone in to complete physicals on campus at the beginning of the school year. This may again happen this year. Please watch for an announcement on the website or on Schoology if you are interested.
Get a jump start on your sports forms and have them filled out prior to the start of practice:
